Usually, little or none is known about these felines' medical history.  We cannot guarantee anything in respect to their health, which is why each feline must receive prompt veterinary care after adoption/rescue takes place.

Spaying or neutering at or after 6 months of age is a MUST!!!  For low-cost spay/neuter services you can contact SNAC (Spay/Neuter Alliance & Clinic) at 843-645-2500 or at info@snac1.com  snac1.com

Your help with adopting, rescuing, and/or sponsoring these felines is immensely appreciated, as is your help with cross posting to others who may be able to help save a life.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation using Paypal then please go to our website at: http://scanimalrescue.bravehost.com/

For $70 you can sponsor one of our cats to get their Rabies shot and be sterilized which may make them more desirable to

an Adopter.

Eve is a precious soft gray girl with the sweetest white around her nose and mouth.  She is being housed with many other "cute" kittens and she prays that people will notice her and the fact that she is in desperate need....

Trini looks to be part angora with the beautiful deep gray long coat. She has been taken in to foster care in order to spare her life but her foster Mama needs your goodness and help to adopt her in forever.  She has been treated with Amoxicillin to get rid of a cold and she is now ready to go to her new home.  Please open your heart and your home to this sweet little girl who was supposed to be euthanized....

Harry, named for his "do", cannot believe his fate of sitting in a metal cage having to sleep in the litterbox away from the cold metal...where did he go wrong???
Now known to be a female, HARRIET has been tested for FeLV/FIV and is negative, she has been given her shots up-to-date and is sponsored for her spay..in other words all she needs is love and a ride to and from the vet's office for her spay appointment.  This is a "taler"; an unexperienced cat-person may think that she is unfriendly but she is simply talking to you and will not hurt you.  I held her while she was being given a pill and in spite of the fact that she did not want to accept the pill she still did not bite me nor even so much as scratch me.  She is truly a "Keeper"!

Sleeping Beauty, Grumpy, Bashful, and Sleepy all huddle in the cage that just hours ago held another Mama and kittens.....will they meet the same fate??????  Since last week a couple more kittens belonging to Sleeping Beauty have now been turned in....Will no one escape????

Brownie is a beautiful deep chestnut brown bob-tailed girl who is a small girl and all alone in this place!

Ace, Flash & Pokey were simply finding their way across town when they were snatched up by Animal Control and thrown into a cage awaitning EUTHANASIA!

Amber was picked up while trying to find refuge from the rain!  She should never have trusted those HUMANS to actually HELP her!!!!  She was merely trying to lead her siblings to safety and now they sit in this large cage full of other STRAY KITTENS waiting for DEATH!!!!!!!  Marvel and Peter are a part of this group too

Dusty came in with a notch in her ear which usually means that she was spayed.  She sits so quietly waiting for someone to come along and notice her among the cages of kittens and see what a super sweet and gentle girl she really is.......

Jean came in with her daughter Marie and they stay in a cage together, two black cats who will probably not get any attention and stand the horrible fate of being put to death simply because of their fur color!  Jean has beautiful emerald green eyes.....

Lady Bug has beautiful golden eyes; she was brought in with her babies and we hope that it is not the "USUAL" outcome where her babies are adopted and she is left behind to be EUTHANIZED!!!

Eve, Mooky, Mouse & Pixel have been brought in and although they are not from the same family they still have hopes that all can be rescued and not just ONE!!!!

Each week we go to Animal Control and each week there are new felines in desperate need of adoption  because they only get until the following Tuesday before they are killed to make room for the the next bunch to come in.  It would break your heart after interacting with each of these guys to go back the following week and ask about them only to find out that they got the needle.  We need good people to come forward and open their homes to one of these desperate little ones.  If you can help in any way such as to transport, or to get the word out further or to contact people, something, then we can make this effort work and together we can make a difference.
Thank you,

New Beginnings Animal Rescue
